TurnOver rate in Office...

JR has left the company on 11th April..for 1 whole week..I'm again like being outcast from the rest of the colleagues cos of the big gap between me & the colleague sitting nxt to JR. JR's seat remained vacant till the past monday. A new guy came, title as Project Executive..A young chap whom i've not been talking to him since he came..It just seems weird not talking or saying hello to the neighbour nxt door.. haha.. well well.. i tink i gota be more reserve ya..I m the GAL..wahaha.. Iris (another colleague) was asking me..aren't u bored not tokin to pple ..she was urging me to start the conversation with him..well, i din noe hw. & i was SHY.. wahaha... shall see hw things goes...
Office turn over rate has been pretty high lately..all in all 3 colleagues had left..2 more to go..a few new pple had came in too..I'm not really mingling with those new colleagues.The office environment just feel so funny..there are more & more colleagues with no communication. Suddenly the familarity or qin que gan are lost..i miss the times with Maurice they all where the office seems more like a big family..sigh!!
anyway, those who had left the company are all so much better den when they were here..They got better prospect, higher pay, better working environment & most importantly, they are so much happier.. =) Feel happy for them too..
For me, I'm glad that there are a few funi colleagues who i can click with.. as usu, i'm always the suaning target..so long i can bring happiness to others, ITs okay tat i sacrifice..*wei da leh!!* haha..dey better have their limit in their suaning. keke...
