JR has left the company on 11th April..for 1 whole week..I'm again like being outcast from the rest of the colleagues cos of the big gap between me & the colleague sitting nxt to JR. JR's seat remained vacant till the past monday. A new guy came, title as Project Executive..A young chap whom i've not been talking to him since he came..It just seems weird not talking or saying hello to the neighbour nxt door.. haha.. well well.. i tink i gota be more reserve ya..I m the GAL..wahaha.. Iris (another colleague) was asking me..aren't u bored not tokin to pple ..she was urging me to start the conversation with him..well, i din noe hw. & i was SHY.. wahaha... shall see hw things goes...
Office turn over rate has been pretty high lately..all in all 3 colleagues had left..2 more to go..a few new pple had came in too..I'm not really mingling with those new colleagues.The office environment just feel so funny..there are more & more colleagues with no communication. Suddenly the familarity or qin que gan are lost..i miss the times with Maurice they all where the office seems more like a big family..sigh!!
anyway, those who had left the company are all so much better den when they were here..They got better prospect, higher pay, better working environment & most importantly, they are so much happier.. =) Feel happy for them too..
For me, I'm glad that there are a few funi colleagues who i can click with.. as usu, i'm always the suaning target..so long i can bring happiness to others, ITs okay tat i sacrifice..*wei da leh!!* haha..dey better have their limit in their suaning. keke...

Bao told me about the website freerice.com this morning..I thought what can be so interesting about the question. cos he told me got to ans qn & rice were donated if ans is right. So after reading the electric New Paper, i went up to the website.I must agree it is really a gd site. apart from improving english with the vocab qn..you can even learn how to prononuce it correctly. Gosh, I did not know my vocab is actually not as bad as I thought..haha. anyhow ti gum & i can get the ans right for half of the qns asked. Please do go up to the site if you are free..Help the needy & brush up your english. What are you still waiting? haha..

Feed the poor 20 GRAINS AT A TIMEAT a time when rice has been grabbing headlines with its sky-rocketing prices, a website called
freerice.com has been working overtime to donate the grain to the needy around the world.
And unlike other sites which just ask for donations, this website is gaining popularity by testing the user's vocabulary at the same time.
Visitors to the website are given a multiple-choice vocabulary test, and for every question they get right, 20 grains of rice are donated to the United Nations World Food Programme.
The money is provided by companies advertising on the website, and the UN food programme buys and distributes the rice.
The brainchild of US online fund-raising pioneer John Breen, FreeRice went online in October last year.
As of yesterday, visitors to the site had played their part in ensuring that over 26.5 billion grains of rice will be donated to the poor.
Going by figures from a BBC report, the website has generated enough rice to feed 50,000 people for nearly a month.
The head of the UN World Food Programme Josette Sheeran said in that report: 'FreeRice really hits home how the web can be harnessed to raise awareness and funds for the world's number one emergency.'
She said word of the game has spread with the help of bloggers and websites like Facebook and YouTube.
'The site is a viral marketing success story,' she said.
Student Felicia Goh, 19, found the link to the website on a Facebook group called 'feed a child with a click'.
'The group has these websites that donate food and money to the needy and you just need to click,' she told The New Paper.
However, what got her hooked was the 'innovative' concept of FreeRice.
'I've gone on such websites before. I went on this Breast Cancer awareness website where they provide a free mammogram for every click,' she said.

'But at FreeRice you don't just click, you actually do something.'
Felicia has played the game twice so far and has even put the link in one of the entries on her blog.
'Despite the fact that I'm English-educated, a lot of the words are not easy. But it's a good starting point - they can introduce other languages like Chinese and Malay in future,' she said.
Her friend, Lin Yu Ying, 19, accessed the link from her blog and has since played it five times.
'It has a very new and fresh concept,' she said. 'The fact that it's a game makes it even more interesting.'
Rice is a staple food in many parts of the world, including Singapore, and its rising price has become a concern in recent weeks.
'At least in Singapore the situation is not so bad and we can still afford our rice,' said Yu Ying.

Blog down 2 poems about life being too short that I feel are meaningful & true..Guess it acts as a reminder for me too..
yes,things hasn't been good for me, or rather mood have not been improving too.. Apologies that my recent posts are mostly sad ones.. still trying to get my mood up..
Life is kind of stagnant for now, nothing happenings to post too, except busy with house reno.. We're like jalan besar, Balestier & Ikea kids.. Most weekends were spent at these areas..ITs been a real long time since we visited Cinema, to shopping Centres, to KTV..haha.. Life's bo....r....r....r....r.....r....ring lah...
I'm fretting alot on things..Mind is full of worries, fear & resentment.. I'm trying to take things lightly..i'm trying..mind is so vexed most of the days..the brain processor just cant stop processing out those negative tots.. hiazs...the brain is at rest only when i'm slping..yet to have say that, i've got nitemares at times..thank god..its only occassionally..
I guess a short getaway for me might help.. & i'm going for one soon..hee.. Will be joining bao's company trip to KL.. YAY!!! at least sth to look forward & i'm really looking forward..but but..ytd he told me its not cmf yet.. *PIANG!! xing sui le...* haha..guess even if cant go KL..will want to go Genting.. Hope I can... *finger cross!!*
I've got 7 days leave to clear by 30th June 08.. 7 days seems alot.. but if i am to reserve a few days for hse.. a few days for photoshoot.. it just seems not enuf.. Can i have a whole month of leaves? human are just greedy..haha...got to really plan well for the leaves,so as not to waste it....

Nothing to do now.. waiting for 6pm to strike.. Boss is out for meeting..woo hoo.. no need to act busy.. The worst thing in office apart from being overloaded & stress is to act busy when boss is walking around or standing directly behind YOU!!!

Gosh..time flies fast.Its thursday!!! One more day to the long awaited weekend. BUt but... The fast flying time kind of freak me out alot..as the time tickles & days passes, it will only mean my wedding is getting nearer & nearer..argh!!! i'm left with abt a mth plus b4 I'm out for photoshoot and I've not get anything prepared yet..Pimples are popping & scars are all over the body & face..MOSQUITO ATTACK makes it worst!!
To add on my image disaster, my flabby body did not improve for the better despite the exercise classes I've signed up. Well,I know many friends feel that I'm slim enough..but but.. u all noe gals lah..haha..they are often not satisfied with their body shape..haha..wo ye bu li wai!! i've my dream body shape for bride..haha. I'm still super far from my dream & i guess I won't be able to make it to that..guess i've got to start my diet plan..but its really hard to achieve tat plan with mum's big portion of food for dinner. haha..i'm stuffing myself with food every night in order not to waste them..& lately I don't know what has got into me..i'm always craving for chicken wings.. *its licking good..* haha
Got a great urge to call up the bridal shop to have the photoshoot postponed!..haha..i'm just totally not prepared for it..not confident at all too..well well, when will i ever be confident then? hmmmmmm...
